“I've kept my sailboat here for the last four years. I don't live in the area and keep my boat on the hard in the winter and have it launched each summer when I move aboard and sail the Chesapeake for several weeks. This is a small family owned marina and I feel secure knowing that my boat is basically in the owner's backyard during the winter. I have no concerns as to security. The owner/manager has always been available when I need to launch or haul out my boat and very helpful with any questions or issues I may have. The docks are floating and on a very protected creek. A very peaceful setting. A great place to work on my boat both on the hard and in the water. There are bathrooms with showers. The only downside is that it takes a few hours to get out to open water which makes it difficult to take friends on day sails.”
