“I love this post office! The employees are so kind and helpful. I have never had a negative experience. To the person who wrote the previous nasty review: It clearly states on the post office website that the last collection of outgoing mail ends at 4:30pm MST. You claim to have worked in customer service before, so you should know all about annoying and entitled customers. Claiming that you are a "paying customer" and an "American citizen" is beyond rude, entitled, and disgusting, it has nothing to do with the level of customer service you should receive. Sit down Karen and quit throwing a temper tantrum. You are clearly the person in the wrong here. I could have gone crazy if I let myself, but I was mainly there to buy my mother-in-law's favorite for Christmas. As usual around this time of year, the special was buy three, get three. And the nice lady in front of me gave me her $10 off $40 coupon, so my mother-in-law is set for Christmas and Mother's Day and I am enjoying the new Soft Snow scent. I may need to take more showers!”
