“Matt Robinson was an excellent installer. He came to apply the non-stick surface to my new bathtub. Matt made a model right then and there, so I could see how it would look and feel. While it was setting and drying, he worked on the showerhead. After it was ready I was able to see and feel the texture and we discussed the application. In the end I realized I really didn't need the textured surface. The fact that he made a model for me right there, since he didn't have one in his truck, shows the personable customer service and attention to the customer's complete satisfaction that Herl's installers impart. Matt was super in his communication skills and just super nice. He reflects the excellence of all the installers and staff at Herl's.”

I could have gone crazy if I let myself, but I was mainly there to buy my mother-in-law's favorite for Christmas. As usual around this time of year, the special was buy three, get three. And the nice lady in front of me gave me her $10 off $40 coupon, so my mother-in-law is set for Christmas and Mother's Day and I am enjoying the new Soft Snow scent. I may need to take more showers!”
