We contracted with Royal Plus to do all the clean up and when it came time to look at flooring, someone indicated that they had a flooring store. Royal Plus Flooring was not pushy, was willing to show us anything that we wanted to see and allowed us to take samples with us for several days to view in our house. Eric worked with us, he even came out to our house several times which helped us so very much. Install went smoothly, wooden floor looks excellent and carpet is beautiful! This was our first home renovation experience, and working with Katrin and team went as well as I could have hoped it to go! PROS - extremely responsive - provided really good design advice when it was needed (whether asked for or not), which I am now grateful for - creative problem solvers - dedicated to great customer service - kind, trustworthy, and professional team (including subcontractors) who truly care about the quality of their work - fair and accurate estimates on budget and timing The only negative was that there was a LOT left to clean up after the job was done, but I think they came back to the house 2 or 3 times to make it right. I highly recommend this team, and look forward to working with them again on my next project!”
