“After having bad experiences at my last 4 cleanings, I was more nervous than usual. One issue: I'm told that a Dr. will clean but when I arrive, the hygienist does it, which also happened today. My past Dentist spoiled me because she did all cleanings & was very thorough. The staff & Dr. Smith is very friendly & personable. I was offered a fluoride treatment & mouth guard. I wasn't sure about treatment so I declined & I have a guard at home that I need to use. Overall, it was a good visit. I deducted one star because no one responded to my voicemail or email message about my X-ray from former Dentist.”

“this is a follow-up to my first review. Since posting the review a few weeks ago the owner of the company has stepped up and made things right. Still not sure why we had such incredible communications issues in the beginning but they have been resolved completely. Although I can't give them a five-star rating at this time they are well on their way to redemption. I will continue to compare their service to my last merchant processing provider but expect no difficulties at. As long as everything remains seamless and my rates are as expected I will leave another Google review in the future to back this one up. at this point I would recommend this company for merchant processing. Original review: Great rates advertise but difficulties in setting up the card reader & I have been ghosted by my acct rep. Called customer service number for help they denied responsibility for the issue and transfered me to the company that actually does the processing. That company also denied accountability for the issue. Will see what happens next. I was told the acct rep is the only person who can close this acct and he is not returning any calls or emails.”

“Sick decks! Just snagged a mini maestro and I'll never step on my sector 9 again. Pushing on this deck feels awesome and it's the perfect size if you've gotta carry it in crowded places or stash it in class. “I don’t stop by this place often in fact this was my first time as this place. I had to withdraw $1000 on the way home but the ATM can’t do that so I ended up waiting in line for about ~15 minutes since it was busy. My suggestion to this place is to hire an additional teller. With the line buildup this is unacceptable. This is the same issue at the branch I frequent to but it’s more like a 30 minute wait there. Other than that, the teller was courteous and professional to process my $1,000 withdrawal with no fuss. Parking was the usual.”

“I have been coming here for 4 years now. The staff is so much friendlier than at my last Capital One Bank in Upper Marlboro! Rosa, the bank manager never fails to greet me when I walk in the door, unless she is busy, and all of the tellers are very polite, efficient, and personable. I do miss the coin counting machine, but I understand that the maintenance completely swallowed any profits they made from non-Capital One customers. The auxiliary staff are very competent and do their jobs quickly and professionally. I have to bring my mother here twice a year, to get notarizations that she is still alive, and she is always treated with the utmost respect, and made comfortable if we are required to wait. The bank is always spotless, and there are always coffee and treats available.”
