“I went here with my father on a cold rainy evening to find a reliable & cheap used car. I was pleasantly surprised with the help we received & the selection was the best out of the 3 car lots we visited. The guy running the place was very friendly & honest & very helpful. He wasn't your typical "used car salesman". We found a 98 Ford Escort with only 61,000 miles & in excellent condition. You can tell the guy takes his time picking out used cars for people to purchase which is no easy feat. I am very grateful we found Riverside. The whole process was very easy from the test drive to the purchase of the car & the fact that they do tag & title there also was super helpful. I have to mention that we showed up pretty close to closing time but never felt rushed. Before we left the lot with our brand new used car, they topped off all the fluids & put a temp tag on it. It's been a couple weeks since the purchase of the car & I'm still very happy with it. I highly recommend this place. Go there & go now! Whether you have a friend drive you, you take a taxi, ride a bike or walk- it's worth it! ;) **Edit- It's been over a year with the used car & I'm still extremely happy with it.”

“We bought a used car yesterday at Preston ford. Our salesman was top-of-the-line a great guy who did not pressure us but really was interested in what we were wanting and helped us find it. They even cut the price for us when we walked out. So far the car is great. I have two suggestions: Number one it should not have to take four hours to purchase a used car. I actually helped my daughter buy a car there yesterday too and so we ended up being there for four hours times two cars equals eight hours! Much the time was spent waiting around for financing and for various approvals. They’ve got to speed this process up to make it more customer friendly. Secondly the car itself was not really clean inside And there were a couple small things that were broken on the car that they would not fix. That was very surprising. Other than that the manager and the sales people were all very nice and helpful and we appreciated them finding us the right car and not pressuring us. I have bought several cars now over the years from Preston ford and I’m generally happy with the price and service that they provide on sale day.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I had a wonderful experience, I can't say enough good things about this dealership and Mr. Berrang! He's been so sweet and understanding throughout the whole process. I totaled my first car, but insurance didn't declare it totaled until my rental expired, so I was in a very tight spot as I work two jobs and go to school full time and couldn't afford to miss anything because I was out of a car. Even in this desperate situation, Mr. Berrang was absolutely wonderful! Not only did he give me the car for an amazing deal, he walked me through the process and even came to me for all the paperwork and everything! I was worried that as a young female car buyer I would be taken advantage (which has happened at more well known retailers like CarMax and such, who tried to sell me a car for well past the actual value). But Mr.Berrang treated me like family, and was so helpful through this process that it was not nearly as stressful as the first time I bought a car! I absolutely love my new car and am so so happy with this purchase and experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a good deal, especially anyone that does not know much about cars (like me!).
