They were willing for us to take the Toyota Corolla to our mechanic for a pre-inspection, and, there was absolutely zero pressure to make a dollar from us. My last oil change at Mr. Tire I had the mechanic tell me my breaks were at the end of their life and my tires won’t make it but a few months longer. I declined further service. “My 18 was looking for a vehicle preferably an SUV. Went by J&J Auto and look at a couple and test drove a few. The cars were clean and reasonable price. When to another used car place to see what they had, the cars were filthy inside, nobody came out to talk to me so we left. Went back to J&J and look at a few more vehicles, walked away with a price on one, we were not quite sure if that was the vehicle we wanted. Jay called us back a few days later and said I know you were looking at the SUV but I found something better for you. We went back to see what he had and he was right. Jay found a newer vehicle with 1/2 the miles of the one we looked at. Jay let us see it before it was even detailed. Boy were we shocked when we went back for it. It was sparkly clean on the outside and looked brand new on the inside. So we have a new used 2011 SUV. Definitely will recommend J&J Auto to all my friends.
