“The Customer Service staff here were very helpful before, during, and after my car was being worked on. Management has pulled together a very competent staff in the service department who are a pleasure to deal with. There was only one issue that Management should consider addressing and that is the blinding sunshine that reflects into the main service counter in the dealership in the morning hours. It makes it very difficult for the staff and is a discomfort to the customers awaiting their vehicles. Some shades might help.”

In fact, they were the complete opposite - Becca and the manager were exceptionally likeable and friendly, and helped make the car buying experience more comfortable than I thought it could be. The prices were very fair, especially since when we drove away we knew the condition of the car had been brought to a high standard with new tires, brakes, oil changed, etc., plus their lifetime engine guarantee.
