“I am just now leaving the store and tried on several things. There is a young woman in the store named Sam. She was so sweet and patient! She opened the changing room for me, didn't get an attitude when I asked for help, and was just so pleasant and kind. Other store employees have attitudes when you ask for help or ask for a room to be opened. Sam has great customer service! She deserves 5 stars, but I gave a 4 star rating for the overall store because not everybody in there is as pleasant as Sam so just be aware. Thanks Sam!”

“I bought the California Heat gloves, battery and harness and they are the best. I use the gloves and battery setup for using my snowblower or shoveling during the coldest weather and they are the best. I also use the gloves when I ride my motorcycle in cold weather and again they are great. My hands are always nice and toasty. If you are looking for heated gloves buy the California Heat gloves. You will not be disappointed. There Customer Service is very responsive and always extremely helpful.”

I was panicking trying to find a dress from TX when the lady that was recreating a dress for me butchered it 2 weeks before my wedding! They helped me locate the actual dress that was being recreated and shipped it to my sister-in-laws house in WV. The communication was unlike anything I had ever experienced. I can only imagine how amazing they are in person. THANK YOU for saving my big day! Without you guys I would’ve looked a mess and the smile I have in these photos would not have been possible!
