“Fantastic instruction with challenging workouts! I started coming a few months ago after my other place closed down. I tried several other places before I discovered IM=X Pilates finding across the board the focus was on beginners and instructors were not willing to offer alternatives to intermediate or advanced students, such as adding a spring for greater resistance or removing one depending on the exercise. The staff has been very helpful, friendly and accommodating and really enjoy and look forward to my classes.”

I have had PTSD since the incident, specifically when running errands by myself. I have only taken four classes here so far but can already tell it has had a really positive effect on how I feel going out in public and with the ability to defend myself again if necessary. I joined as soon as I could. When you have your sense of safety taken away from you, it is extremely hard to get it back - so this is more than a work out for me. “Mr. Brown, the head instructor is awesome. He was my son's and my first instructor 23 years ago. The focus, concentration, persistence, and self discipline he instilled into my so starting at age seven carried over through those challenging years of grad school. 3rd degree black belt Doctor Burnetti can still repeat Mr. Brown's three rules: 1. Bend your knees. 2. DON'T BLOCK WITH YOUR FACE! 3. Best way to get out of that situation, DON'T GET IN THAT SITUATION. He turned a dad who was getting soft and out of shape into a lifetime martial artist. He won't give you a black belt. But the brown belt that he signs when you EARN his seal of approval will be one of your treasures. I consider it more precious than my original black belt or any of the four DANS I've tested for since. Your kids need the Mike Brown experience. And I cant recommend the adult class enough. My son and I tested for 3rd degree side by side. Something neither of us will forget.”

“This young business is doing good things. I found them through Google. First they answer the phone like you are calling a friend...So don't expect 'Molina's can I help you?' I asked them to text me pictures of some nice dryers and some basic ones. I liked a couple of them. So I drove to the business and was impressed how the appliances were neatly organized and cared for, some like new -I expected a thrift shop experience. Things that will make your experience better is bring cash and skip the credit card precessing fee $20. If you can pick up your washer and dryer and set it up yourself you save $75 bucks on delivery and setup. Also know how many prongs your current appliance power cord has so they can match it. So far my like new Samsung dryer ($300) is working great! I also got a quote for a GE dishwasher for $100 with a $125 installation option. I will update my review in a few months.
