Worked with Jake to purchase a 13-ft cantilever with rolling base that was on backorder until end of August/early September. Delivery crew showed up on time, with courteous and friendly attitudes, and put our cantilever together. They even gave us a full block of instruction on use with helpful tips. “Mike installed canopy on our side patio. Looks great and he was pleasant to deal with. Canopy leaks right over entrance way door to side of house. Two attempts to fix it by Mike have failed and his pleasant demeanor went away. We would not recommend him to anyone. Finally the leak has been fixed after several attempts. We have not looked to see if the issue was fixed appropriately but if not look for another update.”

“This firm did two projects for us. Project #1: Full Renovation and Upgrade of Master Bathroom The team did an excellent job. Outstanding. They replaced the flooring, cabinets, showers, installed a new bathtub, LED lighting, and a new toilet. In addition, they painted the room. They completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the work. They were neat and professional. Nothing was damaged and the work space was left clean and neat each and every day. The bathroom is gorgeous Project #2: Refurbishing of Basement Our basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm in mid-July . We used another contractor to repair this. Once the waterproofing was completed, the team took over immediately due to our time constraints. They removed the old flooring, replaced it with new, waterproof flooring, repaired some areas of drywall, painted all rooms, and installed baseboard, reassembled our furniture and disposed of all debris. This basement is a pleasure to use. The team completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked hard to complete the work on time.”
