“*Photos of my bouquet before & after* My mum lives overseas and won’t be able to attend my wedding, so she ordered my bouquet from a popular online florist to still feel part of the event. The flowers arrived looking less than desirable, so I took them into Country Florist to see if anything could be done to salvage them. Not only did the florist transform it into a STUNNING arrangement, she added more greenery, wrapped it beautifully, and popped it in a vase all for no cost. I was blown away by the generosity, how incredible the bouquet now looked and so happy I could use it for the wedding. 10/10 service and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!”

“I have NEVER dealt with customer service as amazing as this bridal boutique has! I was panicking trying to find a dress from TX when the lady that was recreating a dress for me butchered it 2 weeks before my wedding! They helped me locate the actual dress that was being recreated and shipped it to my sister-in-laws house in WV. The communication was unlike anything I had ever experienced. I can only imagine how amazing they are in person. THANK YOU for saving my big day! Without you guys I would’ve looked a mess and the smile I have in these photos would not have been possible! “My experience is similar to the Gentleman who posted before me. My Dyson Bull 25 (A.k.a.: The Animal) was at least 15 years old and did not seem to be running right. After a minor adjustment for which I was not charged, I also received a free education in how to take care of my vacuum cleaner. The charge I received for a part I knew to be faulty was very reasonable. That (free) adjustment I received would have otherwise been a part of a full check-up. And much as I would have taken it if offered, his reply was that there was nothing wrong with my vacuum at this time, use it for awhile and bring it back if I felt I still wanted to have it. The charge I was quoted for the checkup, I also found reasonable. What I really appreciated was his honesty in telling me I did not need it at this time.”

It is a huge warehouse and the aisles are labelled, but when you're looking for something very specific, it can sometimes be difficult to find. I usually find what I'm looking for. “I just bought a home and Alex was referred to me by a friend. I needed my fireplace working before the cold hit and was hoping to have it ready for Christmas. Alex came in and helped me not only get the right insert for my fireplace but made a special trip out to install it so that I would have it before Christmas. He even called me the next day to make sure that I understood how much fuel i would burn using it and gave me tips on my propane usage. Not only was his pricing fair but he went above and beyond in his customer service. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who has gas in there home or business.”

“The day before my daughter had orchestra she popped a string on her violin. I was able to make it to the store 15min before they closed and the staff was so incredibly understanding and very friendly! They changed all of the strings for me (it was long overdue) before they closed and only charged me the cost of the strings! I wont go anywhere else for our instrument needs!”
