“Brenda was so kind to me. She made small talk and was very cordial with the customers in front of me. I observed her offering a patron in front of me a bag for his food before he exited the store and the exchange was very respectful. When it was my turn in line, Brenda offered me a free cup of ice to go with my beverage since it was so hot out. I have never received this level of customer service at a gas station, or other Royal Farms, as I had today. I will now frequent this location on my regular commutes and will be happy to become a regular customer.”

“We were passing through on our way back to NJ and decided to stop here. They made our drinks quickly even though they were busy. When my daughters drink didn’t come out right a nice barista David offered to remake it and it turned out perfectly. I got a hot oat milk latte and it tasted “burnt”. Why i only have 4 stars. They are new - maybe still learning here.”

After hours of getting absolutely nowhere, I finally went to my local AT&T store at 5:15pm. It was 5:20 when I walked out with all of my business taken care of. Jonathan was kind, courteous, understanding, professional, respectful, knowledgeable & most importantly, he addressed my concerns and resolved all of my issues.
