“I had a wonderful experience with every staff member at Granix...Zoha, Tina, Onur (spelling?) and the installation team. Each person was very professional and patient. I want to empathize "patient" because about two weeks after choosing a stone at Gramaco (the Granite distributor), I decided I wanted a lighter version of the same Bianco Romano stone. I didn't realize that the stone I had originally chosen had already been delivered to Granix. However, both Granix and Gramaco were very accommodating allowing me to switch the stone for a lighter version. They wanted to make sure I was completely happy. They were also patient with working around my scheduling for installation due to floor installation etc. All in all, I feel like I worked with an amazing team for a reasonable cost. I would suggest before choosing a stone fabricator, to check out Granix first.”
