Hello friends and family, I graduated the ASL in 2019 under the supervision of the now director of hope street sober living Michael Hinson, I learned a way of life I never thought I deserved or dreamed I could have. Even when I was 2 1/2 years sober I reached a point when I began to feel hopeless. I reached out to who I’m proud to call my friend Michael Hinson because I knew I needed the structure and support that pulled me from the darkest place I have ever been in my life. I stayed two months at Hope Street Sober Living, made many new friends, learned more about myself and the necessary steps I needed to take to combat my addiction further. I’ve had the pleasure to run groups at the house with fellow graduates and build relationships with the residents that have become friends while giving back the gift that was freely given to me. I highly recommend hope street sober living.

Hope Street House and Mike were fabulous. Mike was always reachable and took my son under his wing. It is a no nonsense place, which makes it feel safe, structured and encouraging. I felt at ease knowing he was there being guided. This house helped him grow and feel accepted, at a time when that is what an addict needs. I cannot say enough about their standards and care. If you truly want to stay sober and feel like you are in a community, this is the safest place!

Mike H. and Dominic B. are the Program Directors of Hope Street Recovery. They have taken upon themselves to save the lives of people with addiction. I myself have witnessed what their program can do! My brother and daughters father have both been lucky enough to have come across these men and the 12 step program they run! Today they are still alive!! Throughout their process I have met so many struggling addicts who want nothing more then to survive and be a functional part of society. Mike and Dominic can and WILL be a part of that. They are not only there for the people they are helping but, also for their family. I can personaly call Mike at any time of day and he will answer. It was 7 Years ago that I made the harsh descision on entering a program.
I had to decide ultimately within myself that it was the exact moment I surrender from the grips of alcohol and substance abuse.
My decision to make the choice of getting sober was not an easy one.
I had to become honest with myself in recognizing that my life was unmanageable.I had to distance myself from the surroundings I was familiar with on a daily basis.
With the help and guidance from Two of the now owners of The Hope Street House.
I was able to implicate the fundamentals of learning, Striving, Pursuing a life outside of dysfunctional living.
The Hope house and the staff mainly Michael & Dominic created for myself as well as others a Safe environment in which we were able to share our struggles, Hardships and form new strategies in living a life outside of the dependency world.
The Hope Street House offers various productive Solutions as a part of their program. Everyday Living in a Sober Stable environment. Utilizing the 12 Step program as well as Fellowship, Grouo meetings, AA and one on one relationships. which provided for me a mindset to use the tools taught in ability to continue in my life today.

Not only did they provide all the educational experiences They also provided the Importance of the Recovery Journey we as addicts must endure individually. I have been in many treatment facilities,Jail, Detoxes, that did not work for me at those given moments in my life. Although Yes it all buckled down to my own decision on getting completely Clean and Sober, the Hope Street House their Staff members were are ultimately the Program/ Ones to have me Find and Gain my own true self.
