But Holly and Pilates Culture introduced me to an entire new form and muscle group I have never used or recognized. My true core, center, form and alignment. I instantly fell in love. It is Holly and her knowledge and dedication to detail and true form that makes it so successful. She has endless patience and her engery and positivity are truly contagious. I can't say enough great things about my journey with Holly at Pilates Culture. I highly recommend it to anyone! Beginner to expert. You grow and gain in so many ways. Pilates is the answer.
