“I stopped at Shaws in N. Attleboro on my way to see my son, having a stem cell transplant in boston. I had created and printed a colored graphic design that I wanted copied onto a cake to celebrate the Transplant Day. I thought the process was quick, and did not know that such a cake is "special order" with minimum day's notice. The Bakery Manager, Kim, understanding my situation, and being a blood donor and marrow donor/registrant, was very kind. She dropped everything to fire up the scanner and frost a blank canvas for me. I was out of there in 20 minutes. My son thought the customized cake was awesome and many other children in the transplant ward enjoyed cake with him. Excellent customer service at the Bakery!”

“I came into the gallery this weekend and walked around for a little bit. I was greeted by a well-dressed young man that asked me if I needed help with anything and warmly welcomed me to the gallery. He stated that if I needed anything that he would connect me with a design consultant since he was not in sales. He said he was new but has worked within the industry for about three years. He said the sales staff was with other people at the moment and that it just might be a short wait. While waiting he answered my questions and went out of his way to offer brochures for me to take home with if I didn't have time to wait to work with someone on Saturday. As I was just window shopping, he treated me like I mattered. His overall camaraderie was nice to see. I will be back when it's time to renovate my Powder room as I had this good first experience.”
