He looks forward to her visits and always enjoys her company. She definitely enjoys her work and for clients like my dad, that’s very important. He needs the interaction and to feel like the caregivers that come here want to be here. (Unfortunately the last company we were using did not have aides like Iris and it was very upsetting for him) if I could give them and her 100 ⭐️⭐️ stars I would
