“My hearing specialist Ann Foss was courteous, kind, and retaining a sense of humor throughout the entire process. Now I can hear things for the first time as I’ve had a hearing deficit since birth. I’m 51 now and wearing my first real hearing devices. I never knew this before, but my sandals squeak when I walk. I can hear the ice cubes jingle in my coffee. I can hear a complete insect orchestra at night in the back yard. Who knew coins in your pocket make noise? I love my Bluetooth connection with my phone.
