“So I been coming here for over 3 years. It is hand down one of the best place to learn Grappling and Striking . They offer day and night classes to fit everyone's schedule. The atmosphere of the gym is so welcoming to everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of their staff are knowledgeable in other martial arts too. I started off with kickboxing then decided to take grappling classes with Joe. It has been the best decision that I made. You are learning from a professional fighter that teaches and treats everyone the same. I have been to other gyms before this one and they just felt like they just want my money. Lauzon MMA has never felt like this . It is like a family when you join this gym. Everyone is very supportive and willing to take the time to help you improve. This gym is worth every penny that they charge. They quality of the lesson is second to none. They also offer kids classes with kickboxing and grappling. Definitely, come in to try a class out. I walked by SoMAFIT on my way to the gym and wanted to join but was intimidated by their strength.. Long story short the owners and coaches are amazing! “I would highly recommend Relaxation Works. The massages are awesome. My husband and I have a couples massage a few times a year and are always pleased. I have Nikki (which I think she is amazing) and he has had no one steady but is always happy with them. They are professional and friendly. They always talk to us first and ask if we are having any concerns or if we want them to focus in on a certain area. The room is so comfortable and relaxing.
