(December 14, 2019, 11:20 am)Very nice and welcoming staff. The owner is very humble and shows lot of care towards pets. I've had great experience each time I've brought my cats here! It's a comforting feeling knowing you are leaving your pets in good hands!
(December 12, 2019, 4:08 pm)I have been a customer since 2014. My little Lola used to be so nervous when it came to grooming, our experience at VIPet has been totally different. My dog is so comfortable with the staff here. When I got second puppy (Leo) last year, he got his first bath/cut at a groomer closer to home (I live in Providence)...Big mistake. I’ve decided I don’t mind taking the trip to Taunton/VIPets, where they always do a great job and my babies aren’t traumatized!
(November 29, 2019, 3:56 pm)Very pleasant when making appointment by phone. Brought my 70 pound, anxious German Shepherd in for a bath and nail trim. I know from experience, he doesn't enjoy getting his nails cut & I informed Marcio of this before leaving. When I picked him up, I was told he was a little hesitant to get them trimmed but that they went at my dogs pace and waited for him to be more comfortable before trying again. His fur is nice and soft and smells wonderful. Nails are perfect. A+ service from start to finish. Will be back in the future.
(November 22, 2019, 9:59 pm)I’ve been bringing my dog to Marcio for 4 years now. At first, when I started to bring her, I got nervous because she's not so fond with other people or pets, so I was kind scared that she was going to lash out on the groomer, or her being around another dog might make her freak out. But Marcio reassured me that every pet that goes there, they are kept seperate so that was perfect. As far as her being with Marcio though, I questioned it a bit because she's the type of dog that will snap with no hesitation. After when it was time to pick her up, of course I asked how did she and everything...and I truly couldn't believe what I was hearing. He said at first she was being difficult, which I figured, but he said he took his time, went slow with her, and went with her pace so he didn't make her feel uncomfortable, and because he did that...he said that she was truly outstanding when he did the haircut on her. I was so amazed because I never thought my dog could even be that way, but the more I brought her in and got her used to Marcio, the more better she got for grooming and gave him no issues at all. My dog has been nothing but happy whenever she left VIPET, and that just tells me Marcio and his team are doing a splendid job. I couldn't recommended Marcio more to get your pet groomed! He is a very considerate person, and will try to help your pet in any way that he can.
