(November 22, 2019, 7:19 am)My girlfriend and I were having a hard time finding the correct food for her hedgehog, (its a cat food), Bay State now stocks this item for us. We have converted to only shopping at Bay State. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We not purchase all of our seasonal items such as pumkins, christmas trees etc. They also sell local products such as honey we have purchased in the past. Not only are they incredibly helpful and polite but their prices are excellent. Make sure to shop local and make bay state your next stop!

(October 23, 2019, 8:16 pm)Staff is super friendly. They carry most popular name brands of food for all you animals. They offer a rewards program. They even have an area to give your pets a bath! The only thing I noticed is the prices are a bit higher than Petco for example. Other than that nice place.
(September 1, 2019, 10:37 am)My Mom and I went here when I was visiting her from Maine. We bought flowers, bird house, bird seed and feeders. Selection was great, prices were greater and the foks there - outstanding!!!
