Isaac is a super star with his classes. He is patient and aware. He works with you to your ability and challenges you even with the group work outs. In the past year I am stronger but more importantly more confident. One of my favorite things about the gym is the fitness community that I wasn't expecting to find. In every class the group you are with is supportive and cheering for you to do your best. There is no judgement just accolades for pushing and trying your hardest.
