“Delivery was SUPERB. First of all, I was impressed that the delivery men took the time to carefully wipe their feet before coming in the house. It was wet outside with all the snow and they were incredibly respectful. The bed frame barely fit. They tried multiple things to get it around our tight corners. They asked for towels so they didn't scrape the wood floors. Again, so respectful of our space. And they set up the bed within seconds. As always, so impressed with Jordan's.”

Although I arrived late to my appointment at the end of the day, and upon arriving found out that my vehicle required additional servicing due to the camera equipped in my vehicle, the scheduler was able to work me in, with technicians staying after hours to help get me back on the road. The windshield replacement and camera calibration were completed quickly within the expected time and everything looks and works great. “Very pleasant when making appointment by phone. Brought my 70 pound, anxious German Shepherd in for a bath and nail trim. I know from experience, he doesn't enjoy getting his nails cut & I informed Marcio of this before leaving. When I picked him up, I was told he was a little hesitant to get them trimmed but that they went at my dogs pace and waited for him to be more comfortable before trying again. His fur is nice and soft and smells wonderful. Nails are perfect. A+ service from start to finish. Will be back in the future.”
