Customer service was friendly and quick when handling a return. In and out in under two minutes. Standard Home Depot besides...check online first to find exact aisle and bay number for your product if you need to get your stuff and get out quick.”

“Eric Berkey is an insane salesman. Relaxed and very informative. He knew his stuff and didn’t try to rip me off like the manager at the mattress firm in Franklin, MA tried to do hours earlier. He honored all the advertisements posted on the windows before entering. And did everything to put all charges into the price. Paid for a King size at a Queen sized price. “Walked in the door and immediately welcomed by Tanya J. Explained to her that I was already fairly sure what I wanted but needed help finding it in the store to confirm. Immediately she led me right over to the mattress I was looking for and explained the benefits of the choice I’d made. I asked to see the next level of firmness to make sure I was making the right choice and she had no problem obliging, and did not use that as an opportunity to try and upsell me to a more expensive option. She was very helpful explaining the frame selections, the protection plans and answered any and all questions I came up with. Start to finish my purchase took less than 45 minutes. We were so pleased with our interaction we ended up looking for a sofa as well and made a great choice. Yet again Tanya was extremely helpful, suggested color matching options with our collection of furniture at home, etc. Also, for my mattress I was offered next day delivery which was fantastic. They called me the same evening (a little late but understandable since they have to finalize what would be going out the next day) and let me know my 3 hour window was 10am-1pm and that I would get a call about 30 minutes prior to them arriving to give me a heads up. I’m not new to delivery windows and expected to get my mattress mid way through or towards the end of the window. Wouldn’t you know it I got a call at 9:30 and the gentlemen were at my house just before 10. They removed my mattress and my box spring, assembled my new frame, put in my new box spring and mattress and even put on my new mattress protector for me. All completed in under a half hour. Very friendly, very helpful and more than accommodating. Overall I’m extremely happy with my experience from start to finish and would 100% recommend to friends and family looking for furniture.”
