Roofing Service Pro's

Roofing Service Pros returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the following day. We had a roof inspection performed by them. They informed me that our roof had not sustained any severe damage beyond a few minor repairs that had already been completed by the time he arrived.

The other roofing firm that came out to give us an estimate told us that we would need to replace the entire roof, which would cost more than $9,000! I greatly appreciated Tom's honesty and expertise in providing me with his estimate. He's a fantastic and trustworthy business owner. Tom, Ricky, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job on our new roof. I had them out for an estimate on a few leaks we were having, thinking we would make a few repairs. They diagnosed that we had wind damage and worked with my insurance (shout out Liberty Mutual) to replace the entire roof plus the garage. Mind you, and we don't live in a simple rancher. Our house is a 120-year-old Victorian with all kinds of crazy angles, slopes, and surfaces. Their crew worked for over a week, sometimes past dark, to get the job done. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and the level of professionalism displayed by every member of their crew. We would recommend Roofing Service Pros to anyone looking to have roof work done.

Roofing Service Pro's did an incredible job replacing our old roof. Also, they removed and replaced our old gutter and installed two fresh air vents to reduce the attic from overheating. After a winter storm in 2019, our newly installed gutter dislodged due to a heavy snow cap. Tom assessed the damage and repaired the gutter. 2020:

After six years of Massachusetts weather, I called Tom once again after noticing the edge of my roof had a slight separation from the metal lining. Once again, he came over today and took care of the areas of concern. I don't often write reviews. So I felt the need to take some time and write a review for the outstanding professionalism and quality work Roofing Service Pro's has always shown me.

They are still responsive, respectful, helpful, and thorough. They stand by their work, and I can attest to it by the service they continue to provide even after his initial project date. We own a small office complex. Roofing Service Pro's came out every year to inspect the roof of the building and to tell us if any repairs are recommended. John did an excellent job! After the preliminary introduction and initial discussion about what we thought the problems might be, John conducted a thorough inspection both on the roof's exterior and interior. John explained what the issues were and showed pictures of the concern areas. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He did not try to sway me in any direction. We discussed several options, and he will get back to us with numbers and options available to us. John was extremely professional and very polite. Overall the experience was very positive.
