If they walk on the job and aren't immediately thought of as foreman material they whine and b*tch, they don't show up and they complain. Then they take to writing bad reviews. The people who earn respect in the construction industry are the ones who show up every day, learn what needs to be done and do their job. The negative reviews DO NOT reflect the true A&M Roofing that I have worked for. Perhaps the snowflakes shouldn't expect a trophy for showing up.”
