(March 19, 2019, 10:53 am)I worked with Dave Poirier in Service. He did a great job and proactively called me with an update that they had to order a part. Generously offered a "loaner" for the weekend. I had agreed to take my Mom for the day on Saturday so really could not have gone without a car.
I stopped in on Monday and Dave explained the work done as he walked me over to reception to pay. My car had been washed and it looked great. Thank you.
I don't know much about cars so dealing with service on cars is usually stressful. I appreciate having a pleasant experience. Thank you.

And I didn't wait a lot of time inside they finished my car faster that I would imagine. Well recommendation to go see Mister Mark.
(February 23, 2019, 5:52 pm)Had a fantastic service experience today at Kelly VW. Quick and easy and was given a free courtesy vehicle so we could run some errands. Car was returned to us clean and sparkling. Mark went out of his way to answer all of our questions and to make sure we had a great experience.
(February 20, 2019, 5:57 pm)Walked in to look at some new vehicles and and walked out with one! We had Paul, who was great and upfront about everything! Amazing customer service, a beautiful and clean enviroment. They even accommodates me in a room so I could breastfeed my 4 month old baby in peace. I would recommend to come here first! Love my new Volkswagen and see myself coming back in the !
