  This was the single BEST car buying experience. I have purchased 7 cars and haven’t quite experienced the quality of customer services as I have at Herb Chambers Chevrolet. As soon as I walked through the doors it was as if Miguel’s soul mission was to provide me with exactly what I wanted with no hesitation. During the process I met so many wonderful people with friendly and caring character. Although I was there to buy a truck, they took the time to have a lively conversation to get to know me. He didn’t try to steer me off course. Edwart and Bobby did not stop until they found me the absolute best pricing and rates. I had done some research prior to going to the dealership regarding pricing and Bobby worked very hard to find better deals than I did. The service department was also very efficient. I had a remote start installed as well as the car inspection with barely any wait time. I have highly recommended Herb Chambers Chevrolet to all of my friends and will continue to do so.

  Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle the day I went in, I had a very positive experience at this dealership. Doug E was my sales representative and was very patient and informative. He made me feel comfortable and gave the best possible client care I have ever received at a dealership. I would definitely recommend speaking to Doug if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

  Herb Chambers Chevrolet Danvers is an awesome place to purchase a vehicle. All of the staff there are great. Very down to earth, and treat you like family. Doug was our salesman, and he took care of us from start to finish. While test driving vehicles, Doug kept our 4 year old entertained, so we could really get a feel for the vehicle. He's a grandpa himself, so he knows kids. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. We can't wait to have our first service, so we can visit our new friends.

  I Leased my new 2019 Chevy Equinox there in late December. I had the best experience. This company made me feel like family, especially Doug E. It was a friendly and inviting environment. Process went very smoothly and quickly. I got to pick up my new car the very next day! My grandparents lease for their jeep is up in Feb/March, I suggested them to get a Chevy and ask for Doug due to the amazing service. Highly recommended!!
