(October 20, 2018, 9:28 pm)Sheas riverside inn is a great place to stay, period. It is an amazing value and dont let the motel scare you. It is far from any roadside motel. It is quaint and charming. Also looks as if it was just recently renovated. My fiance and I enjoyed our time and slept some of the best sleep we have had. Right on water so morning views are beautiful. Only 20 mins to salem.

(June 6, 2018, 11:34 am)My son and I were in town for a soccer tournament in nearby Danvers and found Shea's upon searching online for motel. I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to Shea's. The motel had a fantastic view and was very clean. The little beach out front along the river was the perfect spot for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. There were some great restaurants within walking distance and the town of Essex was delightfully charming. The majority of families traveling for the tournament stayed in larger chain hotels in the Danvers area and most were disappointed. I plan to return late summer with my daughter for a weekend. I have no complaints. This charming little motel exceeded my expectations!
(April 15, 2018, 9:14 am)Excellent! Much more than expected. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Staff was nice and location wonderful. Can walk to so many places. Motel room was quiet despite being close to main road. Recommended to several people already!
