“Just came home from an outstanding day on the water with Captain Kevin and First mate Travis! We caught over 30 fish, including red fish, cod, pollack, sculpin and haddock. I brought home plenty of fresh fillets for my family to enjoy for the next few days. A few hours into our trip, we were visited by a big 10 ft, 200 pound blue shark, the target species of the day! He came right up to the side of the boat, then swam off again before we could hook it! Even though we didn't catch it, it was the first time I've ever seen a blue shark in my life, and was a wonderful experience. What a beautiful animal! We eventually hooked up to a 100 pound blue shark, and after a 10-minute battle, brought her to the side of the boat for pictures. We released her back to the deep. Was a lot of fun! If you are looking for two very friendly and exceedingly capable men to go fishing with, I advise you to go with Captain Kevin. He is a very good captain, will surely put you on the fish in next to no time, and gives the best advise on how to land your fish! It's a lot of fun with these two, trust me! Five stars aren't enough to give them, if I could, I'd double that number. I already look forward to the next trip. Thanks, Kevin and Travis!”
