We can't say enough positive things about working with Nikki Bach and her team. We had an entire renovation of our small house in Rockport - interior and exterior. Being an old house that hadn't been touched in a while, there were "pop-ups" that you just don't see coming. Nikki gave honest and solid advice on every aspect of the job. She always had great suggestions and helped us stay within our budget. Oh! And the entire job was done remotely since we currently don't live in the area. It could've been an incredibly stressful experience but because of Nikki's guidance, knowledge, and professionalism were at at ease every step of the way. She's fantastic!

A very challenging site, sloping and with exposed ledge everywhere. Following a demo to get the project underway, it called for many different and highly experienced trades. There was the headwind of a pandemic impacting timing, supplies were either limited or unavailable but finding crews was something Nikki managed easily. That said, everyone found time for us, changes were made on the fly, there was total flexibility and patience and in the end, we could not be happier. It was not the easiest time to do this but, it went very well. A new study and the mudroom with custom built-ins and radiant floor heating to replace the old leaky breezy entryway. A totally positive experience.

Nikki Bach/ Bach Builders did an amazing job on our home renovation. The renovation touched every room of the house as well as the exterior and Nikki worked tirelessly to get the entire project done early and UNDER budget. She is great at problem solving as well as collaboration. Her crews were all on time, professional and precise. As first time home owners we asked a ton of questions and Nikki was always quick to respond - even off hours. We truly felt like we had nothing to worry about with Nikki on the job. Can't give enough stars and thank Nikki & Bach Builders for making our new house feel like our home.

Nikki is no nonsense and very professional. She helped me renovate an entire house. It was all quality work. I am very happy with the final product. I appreciate her business model, which is very open book for the consumer. Nothing is hidden. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend Bach builders.
