  Wonderful location. Very old fashioned, wood panelled walls, funky and real. Not for those looking for a perfect shining modern hotel, but great for the rest of us.

  Love this motel- right on the beach, very homey and old-fashioned. We had probably the tiniest room in the place, but it was decently private and had just enough room and amenities for two people, plus a gorgeous view of the beach.

  Bed and breakfast. Litterally on top of the beach. They have fresh pastries and coffee in the morning. They will give you anything you need if you ask if you miss room service. (Towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps)
  
  I had issues with: the cable and internet (not a big problem unless is the last night and raining) to the cable stopped working two days in a row, one when it was down pouring so we had nothing to do. The other on the last night. Internet would only work if i sat by the closet and would disconnect when i got too close to the bathroom ????.
  I did not get money back for the cable not working/internet.

  This is an Inn , not a hotel or motel .classic cottage feel . Center courtyard with bistro tables and chairs. The perfect New England style getaway. Tremendous views .miles of smooth beach. THE BEST BODY SURFING around . Words that describe the Good Harbor Beach Inn are :
  :quiet , family friendly, dignified, and traditional . If you come here you will always remember it , and you will come back.

  Best beach on the upper NE. Sandy, clean, great kid beach too!
  If you are staying at the Inn... Eh, I've stayed in better accommodations. But remember, if your staying somewhere less expensive and plan to hang at Good Harbor Beach, it's pricey to park, and you won't have convenience of just popping up to go to room if you need bathroom or forgot something you wanted to take to beach for the day.
  If I have a commitment to the owners...
  You probably will never have a problem filling your rooms because of beach local, but for the money it costs to stay there, put some profits back into the guest accommodations.
  People love that beach and would love it more if rooms were updated.
