Being an old house that hadn't been touched in a while, there were "pop-ups" that you just don't see coming. Nikki gave honest and solid advice on every aspect of the job. She always had great suggestions and helped us stay within our budget. Oh! And the entire job was done remotely since we currently don't live in the area.
