From having a degree in sports medicine, Kevin is able to remember your unique abilities and needs. So for every movement/exercise he will explain how to modify if you need to, and motivate you every step of the way. You don’t really need much , just show up and a will to work. Kevin’s the bus driver let him lead the way.
