Star has worked with us several times, twice for major renovations of income property we own. We have each time been impressed with the ease of communication, attention to detail, estimate accuracy, and scheduling. Bob is deeply knowledgeable, dedicated to open dialogue and quality workmanship from a project's beginning to its completion. Bob carefully manages his team of carpenters and subcontractors and keeps the project moving on time and within budget. He always discussed unexpected difficulties and made sure changes we requested were clearly understood. For the most recent renovation, Star was contracted to do all the major tasks involved in a complete redo of the kitchen, bath, and back entranceway. When we were unexpectantly not able to complete a significant number of smaller tasks we had planned to do ourselves, Bob and his crew stepped in, working days, evenings, and some weekends, to make sure the apartment was ready in time for the new tenant. They went above and beyond and for that we are forever grateful.
