“These barbers know how to cut hair. The atmosphere and waiting area is great. The only drawback they have is that the barbers could be a bit more socially welcoming to new or infrequent customers. Many times I have observed someone come in and they're not acknowledged when they're seen in the waiting area. Clearly people showing up understand they're busy, but a "hi" to incoming customers wouldn't hurt either.”

“My father recently became a resident of Haverhill crossings. From the very first day the staff, the administrators and everyone in between made the transition as painless as one could wish for. He has adjusted tremendously. In fact at times he prefers not to go out for a visit to one of his family members but would preferred to stay put. I only wish we could have transitioned him sooner. He had lived very nicely independently for quite some time but we felt for his safety this was the best option. He absolutely is enjoying himself on a daily basis. Everyone seems to know his name and overtime he is learning the staffs names as well. The facility itself is kept incredibly clean. The food is absolutely fabulous. He has already put on over 5 pounds which we are delighted about. Absolutely no negatives exist at Haverhill crossings.”
