“I don't understand the negative reviews. This is one of my favorite stops. The morning worker is always so nice and friendly and efficient. For example, yesterday there was a bit of a line. He got through the line quickly all while keeping his cool and with a smile on his face. Maybe those who are quick to post a bad review should work a retail job for a day. Or learn some patience. Rant over. One of my favorite locations.”

“I moved to Lynn, Ma about 3.5 yrs ago I have been a customer of this particular Richdale's location ever since I moved to Lynn. There is a Richdale store (that one doesn't have a gas station) that is closer to my house. I refuse to go to the Richdale that is closest to my house bc of how rude the 2 owners are, ESPECIALLY the wife. BUT, this location offers great customer service! They have my cigarettes ready for me for when I get to the counter. I am always greeted with smiles and friendly staff. The gentlemen that works in the morning is my favorite! He goes above and beyond his job to help customers!!! I will be a loyal customer for as long as I live in Lynn. They even give u a free lighter if u purchase 3 or packs of cigarettes which I think is pretty nice being they do not have to do THAT.”

“It's a small convenience store that I will go and get wraps from occasionally. I've had no problems with the store it's a good place to go and get a lottery ticket or a wrap or your cigarettes real quickly and leave.”
