I ordered a 14 passenger limo, the day of the party Lynette herself reached out to my husband and suggested a limo bus that they would be more comfortable in at not additional cost! He did indeed the upgrade! The driver was there before the scheduling time. Dropped them off at their destination and said to John call me a few minutes before your ready to leave no sooner my husband hung up the phone and went out side he was there.
