I have used other travel agents in the past and they were not as accurate in setting our expectations in terms of quality and expenses of planning a trip! Her up front honestly and accuracy of our European vacation was spot on! She really listened to the criteria of our family vacation and it showed in every aspect of our trip! Bronwyn planned two amazing vacations for my family - one to Longboat Key in Florida over the Holidays and the other to Ireland / Croatia. Working with Bronwyn and her international contacts, all our flights, accommodations and excursions were handled. We just had to show up! My husband and I just did a two week vacation through Italy. We went to Rome, Luca, Cinque Terre, Milan and Bellagio at Lake Como. Bronwyn made all our arrangements - air flights, hotels, private drivers, trains, and tours. And everyone we worked with - the private drivers, tour guides and hotel people, were wonderful!
