I used US Home Improvement for replacement windows in my living room. He was on time, professional and courteous, a pleasure to do business with. I needed some special modifications on the inside to accommodate some top down bottom up shades that I wanted to reuse but because of the window specs and the window being closer to the inside than previously it would mean doing an outside mount which I wasn’t crazy about. BUT! ... he worked some magic and figured out how to make it so I could have an inside mount and I gotta say the shades actually fit better than they did in the old windows. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with this company. Bravo! P.S. the outside looks great too.

We've hired US Home Improvement (Peabody, MA) for projects big and small over the past 20 years. John is great at simplifying a project, careful estimating and realistic scheduling. Then the crew uses quality products, craftsmanship and attention to detail resulting in an excellent value for the homeowner. They installed our vinyl siding 10+ years ago and it still looks great today. Recently they were here to replace very old cellar windows with beautiful new windows and clean, neat trim inside and out which we are thrilled with. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Have worked with US Home Improvement on several projects at our home and they do very high quality work. Sad to see these poor reviews - this has in no way been our experience. Could not be more pleased with this company. Very professional, extremely courteous and they stand behind their work.

I highly recommend the team at US Home Improvement. John and his assistant Daniel added a new window to our kitchen. They came on time, cleaned the space thoroughly as they worked and did a fantastic job. Their skill and professionalism made the project a stress-free experience for us. We are very happy with the outcome! I will certainly use US Home Improvement again.

I am 100% happy with 2 jobs, a new portico and deck that U.S. Home Improvement built at my home. I also had a new door installed and two new windows. The products were high quality and the workmanship superb. John Henry called me when he had questions during the job, and the crew was always on time and courteous, working on my new deck even on the cold days this past January and they cleaned up each and every day.
