(August 24, 2018, 7:12 pm)I held off as long as I could to upgrade my phone, because really it's almost worse than buying a car. So I broke down and decided, this is the day. I called the Verizon store on rt 1, and A very friendly voice answered the phone. Chris said he had the phone I wanted in stock, so after I spent 2 hours at home transferring my many, many..many pictures onto my memory card, I headed over there. Right away I felt at home with Chris, like I've known him all my life! He was very helpful,very informative, and made the whole experience better than what I was expecting!
I highly recommend his expertise, and will definitely go back there again! P.S. he told me that Jeff (another employee) is a nice guy too!

(February 28, 2018, 6:18 pm)Jeff and David were awesome. They were professional and knowledgable. They were extremely patient while i went back and forth between options. They were also very helpful and dedicated to helping me resolve an issue i was having with transferring certain data between operating systems.
