Immediately I found my place. A safe space for moms and babies to come, workout, and just be together. This is more than a fitness group, it's a real community. I'm so grateful to be a part of it. “By far the best training studio I have ever been too! Trainers are amazing, full of energy! I like the heart rate monitors they give out as it really pushes you in the workout. The gym is very clean, and not to mention every machine is wiped down in-between exercises. I have been working out for 10+ years and can say this is hands down the best gym and training experience I have had. Peter the owner is very attentive to all his members and made sure I was accommodated with classes that fit my schedule, he wants you to succeed and keeps you accountable.
