“John has been servicing my family's vehicles for over 40 years. If I want factory original parts....no problem. If I want an inexpensive repair to get through the year or season, no problem either. I know my vehicles and realize that there are different levels of "quality service" available. John and I discuss what is reasonable OR a "work around". This is always my choice......Communication is the key to satisfaction. Many people have "no idea" concerning their vehicles.....If they require a "work around" due to $$$ difficulty, John, will do his best. Please do NOT complain when John's repair does not meet the expectations of the DEALER, who will often point out "unnecessary"..... or repairs for "perfection". If you require DEALER "perfection", then go to the DEALER and pay $$$$$$$$. This is SIMPLE. Please be aware that mistakes happen and often times one repair will cause other issue(s) to become apparent. John is honest and hard working, alone.
