I absolutely love the whole staff at urology consultants of the North Shore.i go to the Newburyport office . the office staff is amazing .. very helpful and friendly and Dr laspina there are no words to describe him he is the BEST doctor ive ever had .. he's caring , knowledgeable , listens and very attentive to your needs and he explains everything and listens I HIGHLY recommend dr mark laspina
Very professional in every way, extremely pleasant bedside manner, staff could not be nicer. I had a scary situation, they were all expedient, empathetic and diligent. When told of a scary diagnosis, they knew that there was a lot of information for me to process and walked me through the procedure. I have been in to see them many times since, never had to wait long and always treated with utmost respect by all.
