  Bryant is a genius. Came in today to get my friend a birthday gift, i am not experienced within the cannabis industry so i had a budget and he helped me pick everything up. Great customer service and vibes all around the store. Give my man bryant a raise!

  This place is amazing. Prices are so reasonable. However the most amazing is their friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Came in on 5/13/23 around 8ish was greeted with such a friendly manner then was helped by a gentleman named Bryant (sp). He was so personable and positive. He is the reason I will now always drive the extra mile to purchase what I need. I highly recommend you check this place out before you make your next purchases!

  I went in to make a purchase last night, 4/20; the staff was absolutely phenomenal. Shout out to Chris, Tracy, and Kyle for managing an absolutely monstrous line, both inside and outside the store, and major shout out to Rocco, Daryl, Jazz, and Naomi for handling every transaction with an incredible attitude and sense of optimism. However, this wonderful staff was horrendously under-supported given the foot-traffic of the "holiday"; there is not denying the high quality of the staff here, nor the pretty awesome products, but the downfall of this dispensary has always been the lack of support the staff has from the company itself. Just because this staff is capable of handling the insane amount of business, especially on holidays, doesn't mean they should have to be working themselves to death due to understaffing while the company makes cuts. Focus on supporting and taking care of the incredible staff you have because without them, you're just another overpriced weed store. The staff here, despite being so horrendously overworked, are the kindest, most knowledgeable, and resilient folks around, but even the most amazing people have their limits.

  This review is for the AVON, MA location. My friends and I visited the new medical location in Avon last Friday and we absolutely loved it! Beautiful store front and an amazing staff to go with it! I enjoyed the new patient discount and the products are phenomenal. Angela, Melissa A, and Elsson were wonderful and made the process seamless. Please please please pass this along to the Avon store. Once the store is listed on Google and I’m able to submit a review for them, I will do that as well. I look forward to having many many more visits with them in the future :)

  This is a good place to shop for edibles and prerolls. I'm visiting from Tennessee and have been having difficulty sleeping, so I dropped by Insa to pick up some indica gummies. Chris was so nice and helpful, talking me through the different products and helping me place an order. I was in and out quickly. Plus they're having a 25% off sale that goes through Jan 2nd.
  
  The Camino midnight blueberry gummies had me feeling relaxed, yet the high was mild and not heavy at all. Great for beginners or for people who don't partake daily. I had my first decent night of sleep in a week last night after eating two of them. Highly recommend for travelers who experience insomnia.
  
  I am in the Salem area once or twice a year to visit family and Insa will be one of the places I will make sure to stop in when I'm here. I didn't look at their flower or their other edibles, but from what I saw in the shop there is a nice selection of indicas, sativas and hybrids. The strains on offer seemed to be pretty high end.
  
  The only reason for 4 stars is that the prices are a bit high, although I understand that this isn't unique to Insa - it's just how it is right now in the area. Prices will hopefully drop over time as the market matures and more craft growers enter the market.
