(December 27, 2018, 5:04 pm)The new manager has done great things with this place! Amazing craft beer selection with frequent tastings. They carry my favorite beer which can be really hard to find!
(December 19, 2018, 8:02 pm)Went in to get a bottle of wine as a gift for a friend. I asked for a recommendation and the guy at the counter joked, "Get them beer!" But then he referred me to the "wine girl" Jenn Hone. She was personable, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me select the perfect bottle of Prosecco when I said my friend would like "something refreshing." She segued rather smoothly into finding out what I liked and I could not resist buying a bottle of the Moscato she had me sample. Not my first time in this shop, but every time I go I find the staff is helpful and the experience enjoyable.
(December 7, 2018, 6:54 am)This is a great place to run in and pick up a bottle...or two, or six...to cover your needs. Small enough that everything us easy to find, big enough to have a good assortment if "the usual", PLUS some interesting new finds.
It might not have the best of the best, and would not qualify as a "gourmet" shop, but always meets my needs.
