(February 6, 2019, 12:36 am)The instructors here have great styles and you get lots of great exercise, form instruction and weight ranges. The place is also clean and spacious unlike the other gyms which tend to be crowded!

(October 31, 2018, 1:58 pm)I signed up here 10 years ago when the place first opened and am still currently a member. I have been very satisfied for the price I have a been paying. There are tons of machines all relatively new and working well. Once in a while you have a broken machine which is normal due to wear but it gets fixed very quickly. It has tons of free weights as well as plenty of cardio machines both on the first floor and second floor. It has an Olympic size swimming pool and a very large hot tub. It also has a sauna as well as showers that each have separate stalls and a curtain for each stall for privacy. It is very clean and well-maintained. There are also many different classes you can take for free. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I am very satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend this place.
