(December 26, 2017, 10:19 am)Any time I come into bean town I always come here. This is my home away from my home box. Jared the owner is always welcoming and treats us like we are regular members. Programming is on point and so is the coaching. Always awesome coming to a box and learning some new tricks. I own a gym in Pensacola FL so coming to CFR1 is refreshing and an educational experience. Thanks for hosting my wife and I while we were in town. Had a wicked good time! This facility is also very clean, great equipment, and has everything you need to get what you need done. Cheers!
(February 26, 2015, 2:40 pm)I've been to over 50 CrossFit gyms around the world as I travel for work and CrossFit Route 1 has the most thorough, caring, inspiring coaching I've seen. They work with athletes at any level. They get results. They make it fun- really fun. The community here is awesome too- I'm not even a regular member (as mentioned, just drop by for random classes because I travel) and they make everyone feel welcome like a family. Their programming is also very well-thought out and designed.

I signed up for an unlimited membership back in 2010 and I haven't looked back since. Thank you to Jared, Tracy and the full-time staff for investing so much time, money and love into fostering an environment that many (including myself) call home!
(March 20, 2013, 3:36 pm)Crossfit Route 1 has given me a new found sense of drive, determination, strength, etc. I have truly become a better all around person since joining the Route 1 family. I can not say enough about the friends I have made in the process. It is such a warm and inviting atmosphere.. to be honest, I don't even want to imagine my life without this group of people...thanks so much.
