Lots of trails, enough to feel like you aren't on top of people. I ride a horse, and found people so considerate, especially those with dogs. It is currently not buggy but that will change....
Miles and miles of hiking trails, forest,fields and wetlands a great place to get outside
Plenty of trails ranging from easy to more strenuous. Large parking lot. Pay to park Spring to Fall. Good for cross country now.
Great for walking with family. Safe no traffic area. Just be aware that some people have spotted coyotes. So if you bring your dog be sure to obey the leash your dog law.
Lovely place to walk. There is a level, well maintained trail going along the Ipswich River suitable for wheelchairs or others who need an easier walk. Other trails are not challenging but do require steady footing and the ability to climb inclines. Unfortunately they have now started charging $5 but a handicapped plate or placard has free access.
Bradley Palmer State Park is a gem for hikers, dog walkers, equestrians and families. There is an extensive trail system that is well marked (numbered.) You could hike, walk, trail run, mountain bike or go horse back riding for hours.

Bradley Palmer State park is a typical Essex County mixed-forest habitat with a combination of pine-oak-hickory upland and red maple swamp. Miles of trails with numbered intersections allow access to all corners of this large, unfragmented forest.
